You can customize any of Ulana's designs to fit your style at no extra charge because all of our original Hawaiian Alpaca Rugs are made to order. Choose a carpet based on our collections, work with us to create a unique piece, or have us make a bespoke rug with your own design.  We offer 151 alpaca hues that can be woven into a one-of-a-kind rug for you in a variety of shapes, sizes and formats.

Step One: Choose either one of Ulana's rugs or contact us regarding a custom order. If you select one of Ulana's online designs, add it to your cart, check out, and you're all set!  Delivery should occur in 13-15 weeks.

Step Two:  Decide if you would like to use one of Ulana's designs in your own hues or a bespoke design.

 

Step Three:  Once you have  your design, work with us to determine your color palette.

Step Four:  Select the format from flat weave, hand tufted, or hand tufted/sculpted. 

​

Step Five:  Pick the type of material from 100 percent alpaca, alpaca/silk blend, alpaca/highland wool blend, or 100 percent highland wool.

Step Six:  Determine the size and shape of your rug.

​

Step Seven:  Confirm the rug based on our mock-up, place your order, and you're all set!  Delivery should occur in 13-15 weeks.
